What is it?

Wound Expo 2012 offers affordable, interactive education for nurses in the fundamental aspects of wound care. It aims to help front-line nurses strengthen their fundamental skills and inspire better wound-care practice.

Who is it for?

Each Education Zone will feature an expert in wound care leading an interactive session that brings one key area of wound care to life. Sessions will be repeated throughout the day, so you will be able to participate in several sessions each day.

The educational content of the event will be supported by a major exhibition featuring the leading companies in wound care. Participants will have ample opportunity to discuss their products with them, and explore further the issues discussed in the Education Zones.

So whether you are a healthcare assistant or staff nurse looking to improve your fundamental wound care skills, or a tissue viability specialist who wants some ideas to improve training in your trust, Wound Expo will have something for you.
